Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Certain items (such as perishable goods, personal care products, or customized items) are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
